Delivery options

• www.Nikitaefremov.com caters to United Arab Emirates, Middle East & Global. 

• We accept Cash on Delivery, Debit Card, Credit Card, and Crypto as a method of Payment. 

• Shipments will be delivered within 1-5 days for most of the areas. 

• Once AWB (Air Way Bill Number used to track your shipments) is generated by the shipping department, customers will be intimated by registered email and mobile number. 

• Orders of less than AED 2500 will be charged AED 30 shipping fee(non-refundable). Orders of AED 2500 or more will be delivered free inside UAE. 

• Please note that Cash on Delivery service will cost you 50 AED. 

• For delivery orders to an out-of-service area, merchandise will be delivered to the nearest delivery company office or it will cost you more charge depend on the area but you will need to contact our Customer service team. 

• As per the delivery schedule and terms specified by the Delivery company. Additional charges may apply. 

• The following areas are defined by the Delivery company as out-of-service areas 

*After we accept the order we can't cancel the order and, The customer will have two options:

• 1-Wait for the Courier to arrive at your door and you can reject to receive it. ( in this case, we will charge the customer the delivery charge amount). 

• 2-Contact Customer Service at Support@nikitaefremov.com immediately & they will try to support you if it’s still in our facility.
